Package was a little banged up during transport but product still in pristine condition. Connection was fast and the buttons are nice and clicky. High and low notes are heard very nicely. If you put the speaker on It's side the bass will be louder from transporting It to the surface although on higher volume It wil start to move. Lots of sound from a small compact speaker, perfect for the price!Ordered 10-11-2018 and received the goods 19 days later on 29-11-2018
